  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 150 ml milk

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Little lemon juice for marinade
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 10 black peppercorns
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 1 star anise

Step

  1. Step 1:

Gather all the spices, marinate the chicken in salt and lemon juice and salt.

  2. Step 2:

Chop the garlic and onion and thin slices of ginger.

  3. Step 3:

Cut the potatoes into halves with their skin peeled off.

Boil the water until it becomes half.

  6. Step 6:

Fold in the chopped garlic, onion, chicken and ginger and lower the flame.
