Easy and tasty paneer bhurji recipe by Tarla Dalal
Heat oil in a tava and add cumin seeds.
Once seeds crackle, add and saute onions on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a slow flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the paneer, salt, coriander and 1 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve the paneer bhurji hot.
