How To Make Chapli Kebabs -
- Mince the mutton and add salt & pepper according to your taste buds.
- Throw in chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander seeds to your minced meat.
- Check the salt and pepper ratio in your mixture. Add more if required.
- Take some of the mixture in your palms and shape it into a flat rounded tikki-like shape.
- Meanwhile, heat a pan on the side with some cooking oil. Allow your kebabs to cook when the pan turns hot.
- Cook both sides for 2-3 minutes until it turns brown.
- You can add tomatoes to the side of your kebabs as it will add a tinge to your meal.
- Serve your chapli kebab with raita, naan, or simply as it is with green chutney.
