This Eid, treat everyone with homemade mutton chapli kebabs.
Mince the mutton and add salt & pepper according to your taste buds.
Throw in chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander seeds to your minced meat.
Check the salt and pepper ratio in your mixture. Add more if required.
Take some of the mixture in your palms and shape it into a flat rounded tikki-like shape.
Meanwhile, heat a pan on the side with some cooking oil. Allow your kebabs to cook when the pan turns hot.
Cook both sides for 2-3 minutes until it turns brown.
You can add tomatoes to the side of your kebabs as it will add a tinge to your meal.
Serve your chapli kebab with raita, naan, or simply as it is with green chutney.
