Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp baking Powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 gms maida
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp honey

Step

  • Step 1 :

    In a mixing bowl, add flour, turmeric powder, ginger powder and baking powder.

  • Step 2 :

    Now crack in two eggs and add the milk.

  • Step 3 :

    Bring the mixture together in a pour-able consistency.

  • Step 4 :

    Heat a flat pan and add 1 tsp Ghee.

  • Step 5 :

    Now pour a ladle of the mix on the heated pan.

  • Step 6 :

    Flip the pancake once the bubbles start appearing.

  • Step 7 :

    Cook on both sides and in the same manner use the entire batter.

  • Step 8 :

    Your pancakes are ready to be served.
