Ingredients

  • 2 cup dates
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 almonds
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • oil for greasing

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Begin with removing the seeds from all the dates. On a chopping board, chop all the dates and keep aside.

  • Step 2 :

    Next chop almonds and pistachios.

  • Step 3 :

    In a bowl, add dates, almonds and pistachios. Add ghee and knead a soft dough.

  • Step 4 :

    Take a rectagular dish and transfer the dough to the dish. Spread it evenly.

  • Step 5 :

    Let the mix set in.

  • Step 6 :

    Cut into barfi pieces and serve.
