Enjoy this tasty recipe during the cold season with your loved ones.
Wash and soak rice for 1 hour.
In 2 tbsp of milk, add kesar strands for an hour.
Next, take a heavy bottom pan and add milk. Bring to boil.
Now add kesar soaked in milk and stir.
Add rice to the milk.
Keep stirring and cook till the milk gets thick and creamy.
Check if the rice is cooked properly.
Now add sugar, cardamom powder, grated coconut, cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped almond and pistachios.
