These vital components naturally keep us warm and offer basic nourishment. On the other hand, due to their high fibre content, peanuts are a preferred wintertime snack. Omega-3 fatty acids and protein are also included, which help supply energy throughout the season.

Ingredients:-
- Roasted Peanut – 1/2 Cup
- Sesame seeds – 1 cups
- Desiccated Coconut – 2 tbsp
- Green Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Milk powder – 5 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup

How To Make It:-
1. To make the delicacy, dry roast the til and then grind it into a coarse powder.
2. Next, grind the roasted peanuts as well. Add the desiccated coconut to a bowl with both ingredients, then thoroughly combine.
3. Next, roast the barfi mixture in a pan with slightly heated ghee (Butter Vs Ghee Vs Oil: Which Is A Healthier Cooking Option)
4. Turn out the flame once the mixture has absorbed the ghee and stir in half a cup of milk powder. Mix thoroughly after adding some cardamom powder.
5. Prepare sugar syrup in a separate pan and stir in the barfi mixture. Create a soft dough, then place it on a plate that has been greased.
6. After an hour, slice the barfi into small pieces.
7. And now your tasty peanut til barfi is ready to be served.
