Prepare this delicious tandoori malai chaap at home for your kids with this easy recipe.
Take soya chaap sticks and cut them into small pieces. In a bowl, add curd, ginger garlic paste, kasoori methi and salt. Mix well and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Dice capsicum and keep aside. Take a pan, add some oil and roast capsicum pieces in it. Add sliced green chilli to the pan and roast. Take off flame. When the mix gets cold, grind it to make a paste.
Now in the marinated chaap bowl, add this capsicum and chilli paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, tandoori masala, malai, paneer and salt. Keep it for 15 to 20 minutes. Now take a pan and and add oil. Put the chaap mix in the pan and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
On low flame, let the chaap cook well. Take off flame and garnish with coriander leaves, onion slices and sliced lemon.
