Prawn tawa masala is a recipe of prawns made on tawa with lots of spices to enhance the taste.
Heat oil on a tawa and add crushed garlic along with some cumin seeds, asafetida, curry leaves and crushed green chillies. Mix it well.
Add the marinated prawns.
After this, add red chilli powder and some garam masala.
Mix this well and cook on high flame. Add a little bit more oil.
Try to spread the prawns all across the tawa so that they cook well.
Don't keep stirring as it can break into pieces.
After about 3 minutes, turn them.
After about another 3 minutes, the prawns will be perfectly cooked.
If you are not satisfied, then you cook them for another 4-5 minutes by turning them.
Switch off the flame and add green chillies and coriander leaves.
Prawn tawa masala is now ready to be served.
