Ingredients

  • 4 Tsp Oil
  • 4 Chopped Onions
  • Sliced Green Chillies As Per Taste
  • 3 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chili Powder As Per Taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 Tomatoes Pureed
  • 1 Large Capsicum
  • 1/4 Cup Cashew Powder
  • 250 Gms Paneer Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Fenugreek Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves For Garnishing 5-6 cashews for garnish

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Begin by blending the puree with the capsicum.

  2. Step 2:

    Heat some oil in a pan and then splutter the cumin seeds. Add the onions and cook until transparent.

  3. Step 3:

    Now add in the chillies and the ginger garlic paste. Mix and cook for a few minutes.

  4. Step 4:

    Fold in the pureed tomatoes and capsicum and let cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Step 5:

    Add the salt, chilli powder and powdered spices.

  6. Step 6:

    Mix it all and cook for 5 minutes.

  7. Step 7:

    Now add the cashews and mix well.

  8. Step 8:

    Next, add the fenugreek leaves and paneer and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

  9. Step 9:

    Once done, turn off the heat, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
