1. Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F). This ensures it’s ready to melt the cheese to perfection.

2. In a bowl, mix together cheese and cottage cheese. Add finely chopped onion, green capsicum, green chillies, and fresh coriander leaves. Stir everything together until well combined.

3. Then take slices of brown bread and evenly spread the cheese and cottage cheese mixture over the top. Make sure to cover the entire slice for that cheesy goodness in every bite.

4. Now place thin strips of red capsicum over the cheese mixture. This will add colour to your toast.

5. Place the prepared bread slices in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese starts to melt and turn golden. Once ready, take them out, cut them into triangles, and serve them hot.
