How To Make Mango Frooti?
- Firstly, add roughly chopped mangoes, raw mangoes and water in a kadhai and cover it with a lid.
- Let them simmer on medium heat until the mangoes turn soft.
- Next, add sugar and mix. Cook for another 3- 4 minutes.
- Once done, strain the mango syrup and let it cool.
- Then, grind them until they get a smooth and fine texture.
- In the sugar syrup, add the mango pulp. Mix well and sieve the pulp.
- After that add chilled water and let it rest in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled!
