How To Make Mango Frooti?

  • Firstly, add roughly chopped mangoes, raw mangoes and water in a kadhai and cover it with a lid.
  • Let them simmer on medium heat until the mangoes turn soft.
  • Next, add sugar and mix. Cook for another 3- 4 minutes.
  • Once done, strain the mango syrup and let it cool.
  • Then, grind them until they get a smooth and fine texture.
  • In the sugar syrup, add the mango pulp. Mix well and sieve the pulp.
  • After that add chilled water and let it rest in the refrigerator.
  • Serve chilled!

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 raw mango
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 gram sugar
  • 4 cups cold water

    In a kadhai, add raw mangoes, coarsely sliced mangoes, and water. Cover it with a lid.

    Allow it to boil for 7 to 8 minutes over medium heat. Make sure the mangoes have turned soft.

    After that, add the sugar and mix everything well. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes more.

    After that, drain the mango syrup and set it aside to cool.

    Then, in a grinder, grind them until they get a smooth and fine texture.
