Easy recipe of garlic naan to add an extra flavour to your meals.
Combine wheat flour with salt and oil. Knead a dough.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, add butter and heat it on low flame.
Add ginger, chillies and garlic to the butter.
Take one part of your dough and roll it out.
Make sure to cover the entire base with the butter mixture.
Now, roll the roti once more and close it.
Now, bake the tandoori garlic in a heated pan. Once again, apply the butter mixture.
Your garlic naan is ready to be served.
