  • 1 cup mashed boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • cheese
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 cup refined oil

    To prepare this irresistible snack at home, start with mixing mashed potatoes with paneer, chilli powder and salt. Form a soft dough.

    Next, take small portions of the dough and flatten them using rolling pin. Place a little cheese on it and cover it with another dough ball.

    Heat oil on a medium flame. Once it is hot enough, fry them until they turn golden brown.

  4. Step 4:

    Transfer them to serving plate and serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup!
