Summer is here and the best thing about this season is mangoes.Their are several ways to eat a mango and one of them is aamras. Aamras is super delicious and is easy to prepare. So, use this recipe to prepare aamras at home and everyone will surely love it.
- Start with washing the mango and peel it. Then, dice it into small pieces and add these pieces to the blender.
- Add milk or water to the blender. Blend it until you get a smooth puree.
- Now, transfer the puree to a bowl.
- Add ginger powder, cardamom seeds and saffron strands. Mix well.
- Refrigerate the puree for at least 30 minutes.
- Your aamras is ready to be served. Serve it with poori and everyone will keep licking their fingers.
