Oreo chocolate cookie biscuits are an all-time favorite for everyone. If you love these biscuits and want to learn how to make them then try this easy recipe for the same.

  • Take flour, soda, salt, and cocoa powder in a bowl and set them aside for some time.
  • Beat butter at a high speed in a paddled mixer for about a minute. Then switch to medium speed at granulated brown sugar, and mix till it gets combined.
  • After this add eggs and vanilla extract to this and scrape the sides to extract all the butter.
  • Now turn off the mixer and add the dry ingredients.
  • Turn it back on slow and let a dough be formed.
  • When that's done, cover it in a plastic cover and let it chill for 30 minutes.
  • After that take out the dough and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Lay the dough and roll it flat, cut out small round circles with it.
  • Bake them for around 10 minutes.
  • In a paddle mixer take butter sugar and vanilla extract and mix.
  • Filling the cream and sandwich it between two cookies and store for up to 1 week!

Ingredients

  • 156g All-Purpose Flour
  • 41g Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 165g Unsalted Butter
  • 150g Granulated Sugar
  • 250g Confectionery Sugar
  • 50g Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Start by mixing together cocoa and powder, flour, baking soda and salt and keeping it aside.

  • Step 2 :

    Then process butter at a high speed in a mixer and add granulated brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract and then mix it all again.

  • Step 3 :

    Add the dry ingredients to this and make a dough then cover it with plastic and store in fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Step 4 :

    Spread the dough with a rolling pin and cut out small circle from it, bake them inside preheated oven for 10 minutes.

  • Step 5 :

    Prepare a mixture of sugar, butter and vanilla essence for filling, sandwich between two cookies and you're done!
