Just a few ingredients and little time, you can make these delicious dhuska at home with the goodness of rice and channa.
Soak rice and dal for 6-7 hours.
After 6-7 hours, drain the excess water and add it in grinder along with green chillies and garlic. Grind it into a fine waste. You can also add a few drops of water if required.
Next, add turmeric and salt to it and mix well.
Heat oil in a wok. Pour the batter into oil with the help of a spoon.
Fry them until they turn golden brown. Transfer them onto a serving plate.
Serve with any sabzi, pickle or green chutney.
