Prepare tasty and spicy ginger pickle at home with just 5 ingredients.
Julienne ginger and keep aside.
Squeeze lemon juice out of three lemons in a bowl and keep aside.
Take rest of the lemons and dice.
Slit green chillies into 2 or 4 parts.
In a glass bowl, add ginger, diced lemon, freshly squeezed lemon juice and green chillies.
Sprinkle black salt and black pepper and mix well.
Take a clean jar and store your ginger pickle. Always keep it in the refrigerator. This pickle lasts for maximum 2-3 days.
