Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 8-9 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Peel the potatoes and cut them in long pieces. Keep your microwave oven preheated at 450 degrees.

  • Step 2 :

    Sprinkle black pepper, salt and pour 1 tbsp olive oil on potatoes and marinate. Mix all the ingredients well.

  • Step 3 :

    Take garlic cloves and top with some olive oil. Transfer this mix to an aluminium foil.

  • Step 4 :

    On a baking tray, place your potatoes and keep the aluminum foil on the side. Cook for 20 minutes.

  • Step 5 :

    After 20 minutes, turn the potatoes.

  • Step 6 :

    Make sure you don't open the aluminum foil as garlic is being used here just to add its flavour.

  • Step 7 :

    Take out the tray after 20 minutes and keep the foil separately.

  • Step 8 :

    In a pan, add butter and add garlic mix to it.

  • Step 9 :

    Also, add some coriander leaves and mix.

  • Step 10 :

    Top your garlic potatoes with this garlic sauce and serve.
