Easy And Quick Recipe To Make Fruit Custard
In a medium bowl, finely chop a banana, an apple, and a pear. Add two tablespoons of custard powder to another bowl and add two cups of milk to it. Mix well until you have a smooth mixture. Heat a non-stick pan over medium flame and slowly pour the custard and milk mixture into it. Keep cooking and stirring at intervals until the mixture thickens. Add 1/4 cup sugar to it and cook till the sugar melts. Turn off the heat but keep stirring till you have a smooth and thick custard ready.
Heat some butter in a separate non-stick pan and add the chopped fruits to it. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to it and sauté the fruits till they’re soft. Add these sautéed fruits to the custard and properly mix them together. In another non-stick pan, heat 2 tablespoons of jam and add a little water to it. Mix them and cook till the jam melts. Add fresh pomegranate pearls to the mixture. Put half of this jam mix into serving bowls and pour the custard over it. Top it off by garnishing it with the rest of the jam mix. You can serve it immediately or chilled, per your preference. Enjoy with love!
