  • In a pan, add water as per the instructions on the noodle pack and boil the noodles. Strain and keep aside.
  • Slice vegetables of choice. You can use onions, carrots, and bell peppers.
  • Take another pan and add some oil.
  • Once hot, add sliced vegetables and saute for a few minutes till they get brown and soft.
  • Mince garlic and add to the pan, stir fry for a minute.

  • Next, add beaten eggs to the pan and using the ladle, scramble them well.
  • Once the eggs are cooked well, add cooked ramen.
  • Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil.

  • 2 Packs Of Instant Ramen Noodles
  • Vegetables Of Choice
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • Oil As Required
  • Water As Required

  • Step 1 :

    Cook the ramen as per the instructions on the pack. Avoid adding in the seasoning and oil.

  • Step 2 :

    Once boiled, keep aside.

  • Step 3 :

    Slice all vegetables and keep aside.

  • Step 4 :

    In a pan, add oil, vegetables, and minced garlic. Saute for a few minutes.

  • Step 5 :

    Beat eggs and add to the pan. Scramble and cook properly.

  • Step 6 :

    Add in soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix all the ingredients well.
