Fried ramen is packed with flavour, stir-fried with a variety of vegetables and sauces, this one is just to be enjoyed in the evening when you get those hunger pangs.
How To Make Fried Ramen Noodles?
- In a pan, add water as per the instructions on the noodle pack and boil the noodles. Strain and keep aside.
- Slice vegetables of choice. You can use onions, carrots, and bell peppers.
- Take another pan and add some oil.
- Once hot, add sliced vegetables and saute for a few minutes till they get brown and soft.
- Mince garlic and add to the pan, stir fry for a minute.

- Next, add beaten eggs to the pan and using the ladle, scramble them well.
- Once the eggs are cooked well, add cooked ramen.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Season the noodles with salt and pepper. Stir fry for a few more minutes.
- Take off the flame, garnish with spring onions, and enjoy!
