Easy Recipe To Make Egg Manchow Soup

First, prepare a cup of cornflour water and set it aside. Next, wash three spring onions, one capsicum, 5-6 cabbage leaves, and two green chillies, and chop them separately. Take one small piece of ginger stem and four garlic cloves and grate them to make a paste. Start with heating some oil in a pan and add the chopped spring onions, the paste of grated ginger and garlic, and chopped green chillies. Sauté everything together then, add chopped capsicum and cabbage leaves. You can also add other chopped vegetables as per your preference. Add salt and other spices, per your taste. Then, add 2-3 tablespoons of red chilli sauce, two tablespoons of vinegar, and three tablespoons of dark soy sauce. Mix everything well together and let it cook on low heat for about five minutes. Add the cornflour water, mix well stirring continuously, and let it boil on low heat.

Now, pour in the whipped eggs and stir constantly until the egg is cooked. Transfer the soup to a serving bowl, and garnish with chopped green onions, chives, cream, and fried noodles. Enjoy it while hot!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 spoons of oil
  • 1 cup of cornflour water
  • 2 tablespoons of cream
  • 1 grated small ginger
  • 4 grated cloves of garlic
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 3 chopped spring onions
  • chopped capsicum
  • chopped cabbage
  • salt
  • red chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
  • fried noodles
  • two whipped eggs

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Prepare a cup of cornflour water, chop some veggies, make a paste of grated ginger and garlic, and set them all aside.

  2. Step 2:

    Heat some oil in a pan and add two chopped spring onions, ginger and garlic paste, and two chopped green chillies.

  3. Step 3:

    Cook for a minute or two and one chopped capsicum, 3-4 chopped cabbage leaves, salt, and other spices.

  4. Step 4:

    Then, add red chilli sauce, vinegar, and dark soy sauce. Cook everything together on low heat.

  5. Step 5:

    Then, pour in a cup of cornflour water and keep stirring while the mixture comes to a boil on low heat.

  6. Step 6:

    Add the whipped eggs, slowly pouring them in and stirring continuously until the eggs are cooked.

  7. Step 7:

    Use a chopped green onion, chives, fried noodles, and cream to garnish and enjoy a bowl of warmth and love!
