This is a very easy to make cake which can be served as a dessert after meals or kept as a snack with tea.
Mix together the oil, condensed milk, sugar until it has a thick flowing consistency.
Then fold in the maida, milk, baking soda and powder. Mix well until lump free.
Grease a pan in which you want to bake it. Sprinkle some flour all over.
Pour in the batter and make sure it spreads evenly or else give it a shake until it evens out.
Now place a utensil stand inside a deep non stick pan and heat for 5 minutes.
Now, place the batter pan on it and cook it while covered, on a low flame for 40 minutes.
Open the lid and check if the cake is done by doing the toothpick test.
Then let it cool for a few minutes and serve.
