Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Dessicated Coconut
  • 20 Gram Walnuts
  • 20 Gram Almonds
  • 20 Gram Pistachios
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Butter Or Ghee
  • Grated Chhena Or Paneer
  • 1 Cup Condensed Milk

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Take a pan and dry roast desiccated coconut for a few seconds and keep aside in a bowl.

  • Step 2 :

    Next, dry roast all the dry fruits and let them cool. Chop them and keep aside.

  • Step 3 :

    In a heavy bottom pan, add grated paneer and condensed milk. Mix well and cook on low flame.

  • Step 4 :

    Now, add desiccated coconut and cardamom powder to the mix and stir.

  • Step 5 :

    Cook till the mix starts to thicken and leaves the sides. Keep stirring to prevent the mixture from burning.

  • Step 6 :

    Add all the chopped dry fruits to the ladoo mix and cook.

  • Step 7 :

    Turn off flame and transfer the mixture to a tray. Let it cool.

  • Step 8 :

    Using butter or ghee, make small balls of the mixture. Your dry fruit coconut ladoos are ready!
