Mix all the ingredients together well until they are thoroughly combined. Then, make four patties of about 1/2 inch thickness from the mixture. Heat some oil in a grill or a pan over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked and slightly brown.
