Ingredients:

  • Olive oil for greasing
  • Milk
  • Eggs (optional)
  • Rolled Oats
  • Baking Powder
  • Cinnamon
  • Ripe Bananas
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Salt

Method Of Preparation:

  • Start with finely grinding rolled oats.
  • Re-blend after adding milk, bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt.
  • Then, transfer the batter into a large bowl.
  • Take a non-stick pan and grease it with olive oil. Add a ladleful of batter and spread it slightly in a circular motion.
  • Cook until it turns golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve it hot with honey drizzled on top.

  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • Spinach
  • 3/4 tsp Green Chillies
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method Of Preparation:

  • Wash, drain and microwave spinach leaves for two to three minutes.
  • Once cooled, blend them in a blender to make a smooth puree.
  • Next, sieve the flour together in a bowl. Add some salt, green chilli paste and spinach puree.
  • Mix them well to get a lump-less batter. Add water gradually until you have a thin batter.
  • Heat the tawa and grease with oil. Then, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it.
  • Sprinkle some oil on top.
  • Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Mung Bean Sprouts
  • Chopped Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Green Chillies
  • Red chilli powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Chopped coriander leaves

Method Of Preparation

  • Rinse and drain mung bean sprouts.
  • Then boil it until cooked. Again, drain the water and place it in a large bowl.
  • To the bowl, add finely chopped onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
  • After that, add red chilli powder and chaat masala. Mix well.
  • Season it with salt and lemon juice.
  • Then, garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
