Begin with washing all the vegetables and cutting them.
Take a pan and add water to it. Let it boil.
Add cauliflower, carrots and peas to the water and cover with a lid.
After sometime, add the other vegetables and mix well.
Keep cooking till the vegetables becomes soft.
Sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste.
Add some olive oil and stir for 5 minutes.
