The inauguration date of Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir is just around the corner. The festivities for the consecration of Lord Ram’s idol have already started and the whole nation is engrossed with joy and enthusiasm.

The World Record Holder Chef Vishnu Manohar, who is known for making and breaking about a dozen global records, will prepare the Bhog Prasad on this day. According to the reports, the ‘Ram Halwa’ will be made to feed more than 1.5 Lakh devotees at the consecration ceremony.

Hailing from Nagpur, Chef Vishnu Manohar is one of the most famous and beloved Indian chefs with almost 24 years of experience. According to the reports, he has been specially invited to prepare the Prasad for the consecration ceremony which will be attended by celebrities and known personalities from all walks of life.

About The “Ram Halwa”

The special dessert dish which will be made for Pran Pratishtha of Ramlala’s idol is being referred to as the ‘Ram Halwa.’ It will be prepared in the quantity of 7,000 kgs using a 1400 kgs Kadhai. Chef Vishnu will be making history by preparing this dish to feed 1.5 Lakh people.

According to the reports, the preparation of this ‘Ram Halwa’ will begin in the morning and it will be ready at the time of Bhog after the Pran Pratishtha ceremony (Ramlala Pran Pratishtha Puja Vidhi). Take a look at the ingredients list which will be used for the preparation.

  • 900 kg Semolina (Suji)
  • 2000 litres Milk
  • 300 kg Dry Fruits
  • 1000 kg Sugar
  • 2500 liters Water
  • 75 kg Cardamom
