Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups phool makhana
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Dessicated Coconut
  • 3 tsp ghee
  • 1 cup jaggery
  • 1/4 cup water

Step

  • Step 1 :

    On a non-stick pan, dry roast makhanas for about 10 minutes. Keep stirring continuously. Take off flame.

  • Step 2 :

    On a medium flame, add some ghee, roast almonds, cashew nuts and peanuts. Fry for 2 minutes and turn off flame.

  • Step 3 :

    In a blender, add roasted makhana, almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts. Blend till you get a coarse mix.

  • Step 4 :

    Heat jaggery and water in a pan till it melts completely and take off flame.

  • Step 5 :

    In a pan, add some ghee, makhana and dry fruits mixture.

  • Step 6 :

    Next add cardamom powder and dessicated coconut. Mix all ingredients well.

  • Step 7 :

    Grease a plate with ghee and transfer the mix to it.

  • Step 8 :

    Take some ghee on your palm and start to make small ladoos from the mix. Make the ladoos and store them in an air tight container.
