While we want our food to taste delicious, we also wish for it to be nutritious. Compromising from either of the factors isn’t possible. That’s why we have bought in a recipe that is nutritious and mouth-watering at the same time. The dish’s main ingredients are spinach and besan, both known for its great nutritional values. Especially, spinach offers 7 calories, 24 mg of magnesium, and 30 mg of calcium. It keeps you from asthma and blood pressure too.
Same goes for the other ingredient in this dish and that is besan or gram flour. It is awesome not just for the skin but also for health. It helps lower the glycaemic index, has high protein content, it is gluten-free, helps with weight loss, helps in controlling diabetes and it is also known to be good for the heart.
