How To Make Aloo Bhaja:
1. To make Aloo Bhaja first you need to wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
2. Then heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add in the cumin seeds and fry until they splutter.
3. Add the sliced potatoes to the pan and stir them gently with a spatula.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli, coriander powder, and salt as per your taste to the potatoes. Mix well until all the spices are blended well into the potatoes.
5. Now add the sliced potatoes to it and let it cook until they turn golden brown and crispy. This will take about 10-15 minutes.
6. Once the potatoes are done, turn off the heat.
