‘The Buckingham Murders’ is a thriller movie that marks Kareena’s debut as a producer and another collaboration between her and Ektaa Kapoor. Kareena Kapoor plays the role of Jasmeet Bhamra, a British Indian detective, who lost her child. She is involved in resolving the case of the murder of a 10-year-old in Buckinghamshire. The movie is reportedly in ‘Hinglish’ with 80% of the dialogue in English. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the movie also stars Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen. Presented by Balaji Telefilms and produced by Ektaa Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sobha Kapoor, the movie is all set to release in theaters on September 13, 2024.
