Fans in India are in for a treat! Paramount Pictures has announced that Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning will be released in Indian theatres on May 17, 2025, ahead of its global premiere. The film will be available in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

This early release is in response to strong fan demand and high excitement. Advance bookings have already started, with major theatre chains like PVR Inox and Cinepolis seeing great interest. Some early morning shows, starting as early as 6 am, are nearly sold out!

Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning: Cast And Plot

Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, the eighth film picks up from where Dead Reckoning – Part One (2023) left off. Ethan Hunt faces his most dangerous mission yet as he goes after “the Entity” – a powerful sentient AI that poses a global threat. 

The story continues with Ethan dealing with the death of his trusted ally Ilsa Faust, who was killed by the assassin Gabriel. Fuelled by grief and determination, Ethan must stop Gabriel and the Entity from causing chaos.
