Naseem started her journey in the year 2007 with martjack.com where she built and established the product as one of the most preferred global e-retailing platforms. Following that, she spent six years at MGH where she served as the leadership manager. During her stint at MGH, she managed to list the company among the best startups in the domain with its innovative products and excellent customer acquisition rate. Later, in the year 2014, Sadiya Naseem worked with India's largest chain of branded stays, Oyorooms.com. Sadiya Naseem assisted in the company's growth by introducing cost-effective methods, and new processes among others.

Taking The Entrepreneurial Route
After achieving a success record in increasing productivity and her performance in startups, she decided to start her own venture and that's when Glam Studios was born. The chain of branded budget salons was conceptualised to offer budget salons through aggregation, standardization and brand association. The brand today offers premium services to its customers on a budget.

However, it wasn't a smooth journey to reach this mark for Sadiya Naseem. A lot of challenges came her way when she first decided to kickstart her venture. However, she stayed positive and overcame all the challenges. Throughout her journey, she was supported by her husband who gave up his career to fulfil Sadiya's dream. Along with her co-founders Darakhshan Hussain and Feeroz Khan, she successfully made her brand reach greater heights.
Sadiya Naseem is a self-made entrepreneur and this is what makes her standout among the rest.
