19-Year-Old Entrepreneur Ayushi Joshi Is Flipping Moods One Chocolate At A Time

Ayushi Joshi, the winner of the Student Entrepreneur of the Year award at the HZ Womenpreneur Awards 2023 on February 23 in Delhi, successfully runs a company called Moodflipping Chocolates that sells chocolates to give “blissful relief” from period cramps.

And just like that women and their issues are taking the center stage. These are possible through women like Ayushi Joshi, the winner of Student Entrepreneur of the Year award at the HZ Womenpreneur Awards 2023 on February 23 in Delhi.

About Ayushi Joshi And Moodflipping Chocolates

The founder and organisational manager of the emerging Indian company Moodflip Chocolates, Ayushi Joshi, intends to help women who suffer from menstruation cramps and other PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) symptoms. In order to create a healthy and cheerful environment for women and normalise menstruation, Joshi and her company created chocolate made of natural herbs, free of medication, sugar, or preservatives. They manufacture their product using handmade methods and have ambitions to expand this year aiming to put an end to the taboo subject and make period days more enjoyable than other days.

“An idea came to our mind that why not make such a chocolate that women can eat during pain. After eating which they can get relief. So we thought of making Moodflip Chocolates. We started working on our idea but failed many times as being a B.Com first-year student it was very difficult to work on biology style. Despite this, we did not give up,” says Joshi.
