Cannes 2019: Sonam Dazzles In Emerald Necklace For Premier Of 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood'

Stunning is an understatement for Sonam Kapoor’s red carpet look for Cannes Film Festival 2019. The ‘Khoobsurat’ actress has done it again! After turning heads with her various look in myriad hues at the ongoing film carnival, Sonam has managed to stun everyone with her sartorial choice. Taking to Instagram to showcase Sonam Kapoor's newest look, her sister-stylist Rhea Kapoor posted photographs of the fashion icon dressed in a custom Ralph and Russo couture tuxedo that is sure to leave everyone wide-eyed.

Rhea Kapoor took to her Instagram account to post an image of the fashion diva and captioned it, "Walking the red carpet at Cannes for @chopard tonight dripping in 155 carats of Colombian emeralds fitted in a @ralphandrusso couture tuxedo, @sonamkapoor."

The image posted by Rhea shows Sonam dressed in a custom white tuxedo with a long train running down from both ends and a revealing deep neck. The actress' new avatar sees her sporting minimal makeup, save for some beautifully done up eyes with winged eyeliners and nude lip colour, along with her hair styled in a classy bun. She completed her look with white Jimmy Choo heels.

However, what is sure to leave everybody gasping is her 155 carats Colombian emerald neckpiece and danglers. In fact, the five-layered emerald necklace almost seems like an extension to the tuxedo itself in the way it covers the actress' neck and chest. In fact, taking to Instagram, even Sonam herself posted, "This neckless is everything!"

Notably, Sonam is slated to be present at the premiere of Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ starring Leonardo Dicaprio and Brad Pitt, at the 72nd edition of the Cannes Film Festival.
