Cannes 2019: Diana Penty Inspired By Deepika Padukone In Second Red Carpet Look?

"Live like you are ready to make an entrance," is the caption Diana Penty has used while posting her new look from the Cannes Film Festival. The actress, who is best remembered for her role in ‘Cocktail’ along with Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone, made her debut at the Cannes this year in a mini Celia Kritharioti golden dress full of tassles along with golden knee-length boots by the same designer. Diana Penty sported a minimal makeup look with nude lips and sleek middle-parted hair. And if her new look is to anything to go then Diana Penty is setting fire to the red carpet.

Now, on her second day at the Cannes Film Festival red carpet, Diana seems to be all geared up for the Chopard Party. The actor sported a black evening gown for the event, a welcome change from the lighter shades from earlier, and paired it with an oversized cream bow. Sounds familiar? Well, it seems the actor has taken a page out of her ‘Cocktail’ co-star Deepika's first day look at Cannes 2019. Diana Penty sported a Celia Kritharioti gown and accessorised it with a Be Chic Clutch.

This year at the 72nd Cannes International Film Festival, Bollywood actors have delighted with some of the most iconic red carpet moments. Celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra and Kangana Ranaut have left no stone unturned in upping the glamour quotient at Cannes 2019.

Diana began modelling in 2005 and made her acting debut in 2012 with the romantic-comedy ‘Cocktail’. She later went on to feature in films like ‘Happy Bhag Jayegi’, ‘Lucknow Central’, ‘Parmanu—The Story of Pokhran’ and ‘Happy Phir Bhag Jayegi’.

Diana has recently bagged a film titled ‘Shiddat’ where she will share the screen with Radhika Madan, Sunny Kaushal and Mohit Raina.
