Anushka Sharma Channels Her Inner Icon At The Cannes Film Festival 2023

Bollywood diva Anushka Sharma made her first appearance at the Cannes Film Festival this weekend. The actor graced the esteemed red carpet dressed in a pristine white Richard Quin gown creation. Later that night, she donned an exquisite pink and black off shoulder dress that brought the Parisian night to life. Anushka Sharma made her appearance at the Festival de Cannes since she was one of the faces representing the cosmetic giant L’Oreal Paris. The ‘Chakda Express’ actor strutted out on the red carpet with other L’Oreal ambassadors Eva Longoria, Andie MacDowell and Renata Notni to attend the premiere of ‘The Old Oak’ directed by two time Palme d’Or winner Ken Loach.

The actor had refrained from posting anything on her social media handles about her big Cannes debut until she actually attended the event. The prestigious festival that came to a close on May 27, 2023 reached the perfect climax for all the Anushka Sharma fans who were in fact worried about when would their favourite star grace the event. The actor looked pretty perfect as she posed for the paparazzi and smiled for the shutterbugs. Sharma along with Hollywood star Kate Winslet was present at the festival to honour women in cinema.

Anushka picked an ivory off-shoulder Richard Quinn Couture gown for her big debut at the Cannes Film Festival red carpet. The OOTD was hand crafted with embroidery done in motifs shaped as ivory silk taffeta roses. The actor paired it perfectly with heels from Gianvito Rossi, a shiny pair of yellow diamond drop earrings and solitaire rings from the house of Chopard. The actor gave the finishing touches to her look with a sleek hair bun and a clean nude hued makeup look.
