The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially declared the results for Class 12th board exams on May 13, 2025. The 2025 CBSE results have seen a slight increase in pass rate as compared to last year, with scores rising to 88.39%, with 14,96,307 students successfully cleared the exams, out of the 16,92,794 who appeared.

Like last year, girls have outshone boys in CBSE class 12th exams 2025 by scoring 91.64%, compared to 85.70% for boys. In a remarkable feat, the transgender students have registered a 100% pass rate compared to last year’s 50%.
