CBSE Board Exam Pattern 2025
- CBSE has made important changes to the question paper format in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. These updates represent a broader shift towards competency-based learning, emphasising the practical application of knowledge rather than rote memorisation.
- Another is a focus on competency-based questions, designed to assess students' ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world situations.
- For Class 10, the exam format will remain the same as the previous academic year, with 50% of the questions being competency-based. However, Class 12 students will see significant changes, as the proportion of competency-based questions will increase from 40% to an even split of 50% in 2025.
As the CBSE prepares for the 2025 board examinations, students should focus on their preparations for both practical and theoretical exams. Make sure to check the CBSE website for updates.
