Even as we keep trying to be fit as Shilpa Shetty by following her fitness ideas on social media, the actor gives us one more reason every week to indulge in what we love eating. Sounds contradictory but it is actually the best way to stick to a healthy diet as binge eating on a cheat day is how you can get through eating all healthy-healthy food the entire week. Shilpa Shetty regularly posts about her binge eating sessions and other celebrities such as Alia Bhatt, Sridevi and Karan Johar have joined her in the past. This time it was none other than fashion designer Manish Malhotra who decided to pamper Shilpa Shetty by throwing her a high tea spread.
Shilpa Shetty’s Binge Ritual
You and I can totally identify with Shilpa Shetty’s eye roll reaction as she sets her sights on one tasty dessert after another week after week. It’s the same feeling when we spot our favourite dessert and take the first heavenly bit out of it. Shilpa Shetty is all sorts of crazy for both Indian sweets and western delights, which she savours like she’s waited for them for the entire week. Ladies, take note as this is a great tactic for you to maintain a healthy diet and suppress all those cravings that pop out of nowhere.
Here’s another video of her famous #sundaybinge:
Manish Malhotra, it seems loves binging on Sundays as much as Shilpa Shetty as he had been a part of this ritual earlier too when Karan Johar had thrown a feast for Shilpa Shetty her mother, Sridevi and the designer. Have a look at the video where Sridevi also does Shilpa’s crazy eye roll:

What’s Inside Shilpa Shetty’s Food Binge?
The high tea brunch had sweets and savouries all served in trays dressed up with beautiful mogra flowers. The best part was that it was all free from refined sugar so she indulged in it minus any guilt. The eclectic spread had dahi puri, cheese toast, gluten-free cakes, brownies and other desserts. The high tea was thrown by Manish Malhotra at the Farmer’s Cafe in Mumbai’s Pali Hill which has a tagline that reads: Eat Like It Matters. The cafe boats of having an uber healthy menu that includes keto diet food, healthy pizzas and pastas. No wonder then that it is frequented by celebrities such as Twinkle Khanna, Kajal Agarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Shruti Haasan and more.
