Mount Abu, in the state of Rajasthan, is a lovely hill station noted for its ancient temples, religious monuments, picturesque lakes, and towering forts. Mount Abu, which rises to a height of 1,220 metres, is also known as the Saint's Pinnacle or the Hills of Wisdom. Here are some popular tourist places in Mount Abu that promise a fun vacation.

1. Nakki Lake

Nakki Lake, also known as Mount Abu Love Lake, is one of India's largest man-made lakes, with a depth of 11,000 metres and a width of a quarter-mile. The Garcia tribe considers this lake sacred since it is surrounded by lush flora, unusually sculpted rocks, and magnificent mountains. During the month of Shukla Paksha in April, the tribe comes here to pay homage to their forefathers.

2. Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary

The Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary is around 300 metres broad and seven kilometres long, and it is one of the oldest and most established areas of the Mount Abu mountain range. In 1960, the area was designated as a wildlife sanctuary to protect the region's unique flora and animals. Around 112 plant families can be found here, as well as some rare wild animal species.

3. Toad Rock

Toad Rock, which attracts a large number of tourists, is a massive rock formation that rests on the river's edge and provides beautiful vistas. The rock, which is also known as Mount Abu's mascot, resembles a toad about to jump into the lake water. The path to the rock starts near Nakki Lake and requires a 250-step ascent.

4. Raghunath Temple

Raghunath Temple is the place to go if you're looking for spiritual sights in Mount Abu. The stately temple is dedicated to Lord Raghunath, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, and is located near the banks of Nakki Lake. Vaishnavite devotees flock to the shrine in large numbers. According to mythology, Shri Ramanand, a 14th-century Hindu scholar, built the temple.

5. Dilwara Jain Temples

The Dilwara Jain Temples are one of the most beautiful Jain temples in the world, recognised for their magnificent design and gleaming marble stone carvings. It is one of the nicest sites to visit in Mount Abu, Rajasthan and from the outside, it appears to be a genuine vital temple, but every cloud is silver-coated.

6. Champa Cave

This secretive Champa Cave is located between Toad Rock and Nakki Lake and is a joy for history scholars and adventure seekers. Trekking is popular in this area. Swami Vivekananda reportedly meditated here for a few weeks in 1891, according to folklore. The cave is divided into two portions, one of which was used as a bedroom and the other as a meditating seat.

7. Peace Park

The Brahma Kumaris Peace Park is flawless and serene.The park is an ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and discover peace. Visitors are welcomed by a rock garden with a broad variety of succulents as soon as they approach the park grounds. A citrus and orchid area, as well as flower displays featuring beautiful shrubs, coleus, geraniums, hibiscus, climbers and creepers, and an excellent rose garden (India's Most Beautiful Gardens), can be found inside the park. The recreation area is situated between two popular travel destinations on the Aravali slopes: Guru Shikhar and Achal Garh. Around eight kilometres from the Brahma Kumaris base camp in Mount Abu is the Peace Park, a desert spring of common excellence.
