4 slices of bread
2-3 eggs
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter
2 leaves of lettuce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2-3 slices of chicken
salt as per taste

How To Egg Drop Sandwich
1. In a pan melt butter and toast the bread from both sides until they are golden brown.
2. Now beat the eggs with heavy cream for creamy scrambled eggs. (You can substitute with milk)
3. Melt the remaining butter in the pan over medium flame. To prepare scrambled eggs, gently whisk the eggs with a flat spatula until the mixture starts to set. Remove the pan from the stove after turning the heat off.
