Recipe:
Fill one-fourth of a cup with wheat flour and add sugar as per your taste. Break an egg in it and stir it well. If the batter is too thick, you can add two tablespoons of milk and stir it again. Add half a teaspoon of baking powder to the batter, two teaspoons of cocoa powder or chocolate powder (whichever is available), and one teaspoon of vanilla essence. Stir it well once again and top the batter with choco chips if you like. Put the mug in the microwave and heat it for approx two minutes (variable as per microwave model) and enjoy it hot.

Recipe: Mix the besan, ginger paste, chilli paste, salt, turmeric, sugar, and oil and beat them together with curd till the batter is smooth. Add water to the batter and mix well again. Add the fruit salt to it and stir gently and pour immediately into the greased microwavable dish. Cover and cook on high for six to eight minutes and rotate the dish once. Take a pan and heat some oil for tadka. Add rai (mustard seeds), curry leaves, and green chillies to the heated oil. Saute for a bit and add a cup of water. Cut the dhokla into your desired size and pour the tadka over the pieces. Garnish with coriander leaves and coconut and serve.

Recipe: Mix the masalas in the yoghurt to marinate the paneer cubes and leave for 20-30 minutes. Take a plate and grease it. Place the paneer pieces along the edge and cook. Leave it uncovered on high for four minutes. Turn over, brush with a little oil and cook again on high for four minutes and serve.

Recipe: Pour macaroni and your liquid of choice (water, chicken sock, milk). Cover with cling film and pierce three times. Cook in the microwave on high for two mins. Stir it well. Leave to stand for a minute. Repeat twice more or until the pasta is cooked. Remove from the microwave. Stir through some butter, cheese, and spinach. Add Marmite (optional). The heat from the pasta should melt the cheese and wilt the spinach, but if not, put the cup back in the microwave for 30 secs more and then serve hot.
