Beguni

Ingredients:
- 1 large brinjal, sliced into rounds
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
- Oil, for deep frying
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
