Taylor Swift appeared on the New Heights podcast with her boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce, and talked at length about how her relationship with Travis started, buying back her records and her new album.

The biggest highlight was definitely her announcing her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl. She spoke at length about it, named the songs and revealed the cover. The podcast episode is two hours long - with lots of information and details, including some PDA from the couple. Over 1.3 million viewers joined in to watch it when it was released.

Taylor Swift on Her Relationship with Travis Kelce:

The duo was very romantic and shared more details about their relationship than ever revealed before.

• Travis credited The Eras Tour, for helping him meet Taylor. Taylor credited the podcast.
  
  Travis said he was awed by her presence on stage and how she could make entire stadiums dance to her songs, but when he met her in person, it felt like he had known her all his life.
  
  “I’ve never experienced something so mesmerizing on stage and so real and so beautiful in person,” he said.
  
  
• Swift remembered their first date, which happened soon after Kansas City’s 38-35 win over Philadelphia in Super Bowl LVII. To break the ice, she asked Travis what it was like to play against his brother in the game, only to realise she didn’t fully understand how football actually worked.
  
  “I thought everyone was on the field at the same time,” she said. “I thought it was like, Jared Goff is here and Josh Allen's here … they blow a whistle and then they go at each other.”
  She added that her NFL knowledge considerably improved over time.
  
  
• The two couldn’t stop gushing over each other, and were visibly smitten by one another. Travis called Swift “the greatest songwriter of all time” and the “smartest woman in the world,” and said he’s “the luckiest man in the world”.

• Taylor talked about how she wrote the album while on tour, in Europe. She explained how she was physically exhausted but mentally stimulated, and that helped her write the album, exactly as she was living The Life of a Showgirl. Travis marvelled at how she could do both at the same time.
  
  
• Swift said the colour for her new album and era is orange, describing it as vibrant and full of energy, much like her life has felt in recent years, thanks to the Eras Tour and her relationship with Kelce.
  
  “This is the record I’ve wanted to make for a long time,” she shared.
  “It’s a lot more upbeat,” Kelce added. “Yeah,” she agreed with a smile. “Life is more upbeat."

Taylor on Her Hobbies and Life Post The Eras Tour

Taylor Swift spoke about how having free time on her hands has helped her find time for her hobbies. “I was on tour for so long, and now I’m not on tour, and it’s kind of great because I’m getting my hobbies back,” she said.

She highlighted how she loves sewing baby clothes and blankets (mostly for the Kelce family kids), and is also into baking, especially sourdough bread.
