The first episode of the new Netflix show, ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show,’ featured Ranbir Kapoor, his mother Neetu Kapoor, and his sister Riddhima Sahni. The show unveiled some surprising and heartwarming stories from the Kapoor family.

Ranbir revealed that his sister Riddhima was a huge fan of Salman Khan growing up, even having his posters on her bedroom walls. Interestingly, it turned out Salman played a special role at her wedding in 2006, he volunteered to be the bartender!
Neetu Kapoor shared a hilarious anecdote about the incident. "Salman was serving drinks to everyone," she said. "People came to us saying all the alcohol was running out, even the tequila! Rishi couldn't understand, he'd bought plenty. We realised guests were throwing away their drinks just to get served by Salman! Finally, Rishi had to tell him to leave the bar!"

Neetu revealed how Rishi Kapoor instilled a strong work ethic in their children. When Ranbir and Riddhima were studying abroad, Rishi would only give them enough money for lunch and dinner. Any unnecessary spending meant going hungry! "He raised them tough," Neetu explained, "teaching them the value of money."
Ranbir also shared a funny story about his father. Once, while listening to a new director's script in the car, the director described an opening scene where Rishi would be thin and hungry, following another character. Rishi immediately stopped the car and told the writer to get out!
The conversation also touched upon Ranbir's life as a father to his one-year-old daughter, Raha Kapoor. Neetu said that while Ranbir doesn't usually show many emotions, his face lights up whenever Raha is around. Ranbir proudly declared himself an expert at making Raha burp, and that she loves playing with him.

In a lighter moment, Ranbir confessed to borrowing some of Neetu's jewellery for his girlfriends! Neetu recalled saying to him about one particular girlfriend, "What is she wearing? That looks like mine!" Ranbir jokingly explained he thought his girlfriends might eventually become family, so a little borrowing wouldn't hurt!
