Janhvi Kapoor Confirms Dating Rumoured Boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya, Flaunts His Name’s Necklace At Maidaan Screening

On Tuesday, April 9, actress Jahnvi Kapoor attended the screening of her father, Boney Kapoor’s film ‘Maidaan’. She looked stunning in an all-white pants-suit with loose hair and matching heels, but what caught everyone’s attention was her wearing a customised necklace which had ‘Shikhu’ written on it. The Mili actress fondly addresses her boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya as Shikhu. This is the first time she has publicly accepted a relationship with Shikhar.

Who Is Shikhar Pahariya?

Shikhar Pahariya is the grandson of former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Sushil Kumar Shinde. Shikhar and Janhvi have been seeing each other for a while now and are often seen hanging out. Janhvi recently visited Tirumala temple along with Shikhar and Orry, where the actress was spotted wearing a traditional outfit.

Boney Kapoor Shared His Views About Shikhar Pahariya

In a recent interview with a news portal, Janhvi’s father Boney Kapoor said, "I love him (Shikhar) and in fact, in between, a couple of years back Janhvi was not seeing him but I was still friendly to him. I was convinced he could never be an ex. He’ll be around. When any person is there for you in any capacity whether it’s for me, whether it’s for Janhvi, whether it’s for Arjun, he is friendly to all. So I feel we’re blessed to have somebody like him in our set-up."
