The fans of the renowned K-pop group BTS had been anticipating the group's reunion ever since they went on hiatus so that each member could fulfil South Korea's mandatory military service. Last weekend BTS leader RM aka Kim Nam joon did a Weverse live where he promised the BTS Army that their group would reunite for sure. The group has meant a lot to the fans over the last ten years, and RM acknowledged this. He then expressed his wish and gave assurance to fans that things would soon return to normal.
BTS' RM Statement On BTS Reuniting In 2023
During his Weverse live, he stated that BTS's break would end in a year and stated that whenever they got back together, they intended to stay as a group. RM shared, “So all the solo is just a journey but it is an important journey for chapter two. But a journey to get back home safely, eventually when we get back and reunite together in 2025. So thanks for the support and the love. I swear that I've never taken this enormous love for granted in my whole life and I will be the same in the future. I can bet that all the other members will feel the same so it is a greatness of love.”
BTS’ RM Also Talked About What Suga Said About BTS

BTS leader RM also shared what his group member rapper Suga (Min Yoon-gi) spoke about, “He talked a lot about what he felt throughout the 28 shows and how many fans and how much love is waiting for the reunion in 2025 and I definitely felt that. Even though we're doing solo projects on our own, what I'm thinking is that even though I'm working on my solo project, this is just a vacation, to get back to where I was, which is BTS and the army.” This came after RM performed his unreleased song at Suga's D-Day Seoul concert. Jin and J-Hope (Crush & BTS' J-Hope Song 'Rush Hour') are now serving in the military, while Suga has declared his desire to enlist and complete the military service. RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will also join them soon. However, all seven members have plenty of solo projects to explore and try new things during this hiatus period. All the members have released their solo album which is loved and appreciated by fans a lot. Only BTS member Jin is left to release his album since he was the first one to join the military service after announcing the hiatus. His last song before joining the military was 'The Astronaut', which was released on October 28, 2022.
