A report by the ‘Free Press Journal’ is where there are speculations about actors Mrunal Thakur and Dhanush getting married. This report talked about how the couple is ready to take the next step in their relationship and will tie the knot next month. The report has also revealed a wedding date for the duo to get married on February 14, 2026. They will start their future together on the special occasion of Valentine’s Day. Both Mrunal and Dhanush are yet to speak on the matter. 

A source close to the actor duo spoke to News 18, saying, “Yes, it’s true that they are dating. But it’s too new, and they have no plans of making their relationship official before the public or the media. At the same time, they’re unfazed about going out and about and being spotted. Friends are truly rooting for them as they’re quite similar and compatible when it comes to their values, choices and thoughts.”

The duo initially sparked dating rumours when Dhanush attended the screening of Mrunal’s movie, ‘Son of Sardaar 2’. This screening happened in August of 2025, and Mrunal’s friendly behaviour towards Dhanush had started the wildfire rumours of the two being in a relationship.
